Do you want to fly from Kadapa to Hyderbad or Chennai or Mumbai or Vizag or Delhi. Wait for 4 months you can fly from Kadapa to any place in India. Airport construction works are going to be finished in Kadapa by end of the June month.So from July everyone can get a flight from Kadapa Airport to any place in India.As per the sources out lazy government wants start services from the month August 2012. But it is not confirmed. Airport is there in Kadapa since 1953. But regular flight services are not available. Former late Chief Minister Y.S.Rajasekhar Reddy decided to to construct airport with all facilities and released funds Rs.33 crores to build airport 1060 acres.
First phase of works going to finish by end of June. Once Kadapa airport is ready it will be useful for many business people who travels frequently to many places in India. Even people can buy tickets to foreign countries from Kadapa can travel to any place in the world. But they need to get connecting flight from any Internation airport in India like Chennai. Hyderbad, Mumbai, Delhi. Many flight services like Kingfisher, Indigo, SpiceJet, Jet Airways already have sent their applications to Airport Authorities of India to start flight services once the airport is ready
Whatever it's a good news for people especially who frequently travels to Kuwait and other Gulf countries from Kadapa district. Hope if they read this news they will feel happy.
Infact this is great news for KADAPA peoples as well as Gulf workers especially who work in KUWAIT.But there must be a connect flight as per to schdule arriving timeing of Gulf flights which are coming form KUWAIT,DUBAI , BAHRAIN,OMAN AND SAUDIYA ARABIYA. This connecting flight should be fro and to.Then only it is useful to each passengers.Currently these passengers are suffering lot to reach their homes by fanancialy and waste of time and the harasment of Chennai police to Andhra passengers. At last I want ask what happen to TIRUPATI AIR PORT I feel TIRUPATI AIRPORT news is upto news papers only.

ReplyDeleteMy dear brothers and sisters above news article it has been mention that in the month of june or july there will be conetcing flight from Kadapa to any major cities.Now August month is running but no news about KADAPA AIPORT operation.May this should be bogus news or just keep peoples happy with this kind of news.Is there any one who can answer to my comment.If this is correct news when actual time of operation of Kadap airport, because GULF NON RESIDENTS peoples are eagrely waiting for this news.Thanks to members of this blog.

ReplyDeleteJaago India Jaago.. NRI income isn't Taxed in India and projects such as a Airport in Kadapa arent going to generate any revenue for the Govt or the private operator in the BOT contract. Hence the lack of interest from anyone in the govt or private organisations.
